ESIC Medical College, Chennai

The esteemed ESI Corporation Hospital, KK Nagar, which has been providing care for insured patients in Tamil Nadu for over thirty years, serves as the backdrop for the ESIC Medical College and Hospital, KK Nagar. The NMC has approved admissions for 150 MBBS students. The Dr. MGR Medical University in Tamil Nadu is associated with the college.

Since 2009, the college has been offering postgraduate courses in the following specialties: pathology, microbiology, orthopaedics, general medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, anesthesia, obstetrics, and gynecology. There are now 65 postgraduate students enrolled in the aforementioned specialties. This year, the National Medical Commission (NMC) gave the ESIC Medical College & Hospital its complete approval.
