About

Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (KARE) formerly Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of EngineeringIt was established in 1984 by the pioneering Kalasalingam Anandam Ammal Charities. 
NBA has accredited six engineering programmes under Tier-1 and 11 engineering departments have been accredited by ABET. 
The institution continues to do pathbreaking work on various Government and Non-Government research projects. 
Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education has also received DST (Department of Science and Technology) funding to establish the National Centre for Advanced Research in Discrete Mathematics.
