Thoothukudi Government Medical College, Thoothukudi

In the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the city of Thoothukudi is home to Thoothukudi Medical College, usually referred to as Government Medical College Thoothukudi or TKMC. The World Health Organization and the Indian National Medical Commission both recognize the college, which is associated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University."Born to Serve" is the college motto. With well-equipped lecture halls, libraries, reading rooms, auditoriums, and separate dorms and a mess for men and women, the college has a campus of around 25 acres near the Thoothukudi Government Polytechnic campus.
